GB’s range of refurbished copiers undergo a complete rebuild programme at our Waterloo Rd Service Centre.

All machines are stripped to chassis, cleaned and rebuilt to specification by replacing vital components and consumables.

Lanier Ricoh Remanufactured Copiers - 'LR' Range

Lanier/Ricoh now supply GB with a series of digital copier/printers which are 100% factory recycled as part of their commitment to achieving ‘Zero Landfill’ for used office equipment.  The result, high quality products rebuilt by the manufacturer’s ‘Green Centre’ based in Telford with genuine parts replacement and full warranties creating a product that’s truly  ‘Green’ &  available at one third of the cost of equivalent new models!

One of the major advantages of remanufactured technology is that the product is over 47% more reliable than the original manufactured unit (Data source- Ricoh Austria where the same concept has already been implemented and cloned by the UK).

All modifications, software bugs, learning curves and service technician field  statistics are applied to the LR units during remanufacture making it a very reliable & desirable product .

The machines leave the factory ‘as new’, all consumable and critical parts are replaced with genuine manufacturers components.  All available firmware updates are installed and a full re-spray is standard to add a touch of perfection.

The LR series is without doubt a huge hit with GB as an authorised Lanier/Ricoh dealer and also with the end user.

We are now able to offer fully automatic A3/A4 copying and printing in single or double-sided modes at a fraction of the price of new equivalent technology and feel ‘Green’ at the same time.

Through it’s environmental activities at Telford, Ricoh waste disposal costs have been reduced from £55,000 per annum  to £14000 over the last two years. What a tremendous example and one which GB and it’s end users can all be a part of. It’s good to know that if the end user opts for a new or a used Lanier/Ricoh product it won’t end up in a landfill site a few years down the line.
